All customers registering an account on theinfantboutique.com.au are automatically joined to our reward points program.

We have removed the FREE shipping option on our website to make discounts available to all of our customers not matter how small their purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with our small Australian family owned business, without you have to spend huge amounts in each transaction to gain a benefit.

Our reward points program gives you ongoing discounts, which you can use whenever you like on what you choose.

 

How to earn our reward points:

Each time you make a purchase at The Infant Boutique.com.au, log in to your account to ensure all your orders earn points:

Every dollar spent earns 1 point.

$1 = 1 x Point
100 Points = $5

All points can be accumulated to receive a greater discount off the item of your choice.

Eg: If you purchase a Lillebaby All Seasons Carrier for $235 you will earn 235 points which is equal to $11.75 off your next order!

REMEMBER TO LOG IN!! If you do not log-in, your order is not eligible for points.

Spending your reward points:

It’s really simple to redeem your reward points. Here’s how:

  • Make sure you log into your Infant Boutique account
  • Click ‘Pay with Points’ at the checkout to spend your points.
  • You can select how many points you wish to use and the system will convert your points to $$$ and amend your balance.

Checking your balance:

Check your points at any time by logging into and going to the checkout.

Use the same user-name and password with all orders so your reward points all go onto the same account.

All customers making a purchase from The Infant Boutique will automatically earn points from their first purchase.

Returning or cancelling orders:

If you return items for a refund, your reward points for the item will be deducted from your points balance.

If you return the item and you have already redeemed the reward points on a subsequent order, the dollar value of the points discount will be deducted from the value of your refund or store credit.

If you cancel an order, the points from that order will be deducted from your points balance, as you have not completed the purchase.

General Terms & Conditions:

Please note we reserve the right to change or end our reward points program at any time, and changes will be advised in our Facebook page, VIP group and on our website. The value of points may change in the future.

Reward points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable between customers.
You must log-in to receive points for your order; we do not manually add points to orders where the customer has not logged in.

Please note only purchases made through theinfantboutique.com.au website are eligible for loyalty points.

Please note that due to our wholesale agreement with Tula Baby Carriers, any Tula purchases are exempt from earning or redeeming points. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Reward points are not available to be redeemed of sale or discounted items or made to order items.

If an error in the system occurs and reward points have been redeemed on sale or discounted items, the purchaser will be notified via email that the redeemed points will be returned to your account and the full balance of the items to be paid by their nominated method of payment.

We do not transfer points:

Please note that we are not able to transfer points from one customer account to another, regardless of the situation.

Points are unique to the account they were earned on and the website they were earned on.

Points cannot be used by other customers on your account or their account in any circumstances.
